Booked a car for 3 girlfriends and I to attend a concert at PNC Arena last week. While I thought it was going to be a large SUV, we were provided a 13 seat van instead which was AMAZING. Driver was right on time (actually a bit early) and extremely kind. Kurt had waters prepared for us and even had a playlist of the performing artist queued up. He got us to the arena quickly and safely, and let us know where to meet him afterwards to ensure a quick departure. No phone call or chasing down necessary. Sleek Fleet was the best private transportation I've ever used, and the most affordable in the area. Kind, professional, and safe. Sleek Fleet was a great choice for going to a concert at Walnut Creek. Our driver arrived prior to our scheduled pickup time, and dropped us off right by the gate. Scott, our main driver, went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome to North Carolina and the United States, especially since many passengers were from abroad. Despite late-night arrivals and multiple trips back to the airport due to canceled or delayed flights, Scott and the team made sure every rider got safely to their apartments. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the top notch service they provide!! They are very responsive, when asking questions via text/email - prior to our event -which is huge for me. The Tahoe that picked us up was SPOTLESS and our driver, Turner, was incredibly patient, professional and kind! We left the tee shirts we bought at the show in the car by accident and he went out of his way to bring them to me the next day. Sleek fleet is amazing! Tyler and his team took us to / from our destination safely and they even waited on our group while we were at our venue.
